This Privacy and Cookies Policy (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Policy’) explains what Vitrotest Bioreagent LLC (hereinafter referred to as we or the Site Owner) will do with your personal information that you leave on our website: https://vitrotest.ua.
This Policy applies only to information collected on our website, so we are not responsible for the privacy policies or the content of third party websites.
1. TERMS AND DEFINITIONS
1.1. ‘Website’ (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) is an information resource on the Internet located at https://vitrotest.ua and containing text, graphic and other information that is perceived as a whole and is supported by a set of system software tools.
1.2. ‘The ‘Website Owner’ (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Owner’) is Vitrotest Bioreagent LLC, which is the owner and administrator of the personal data of the Website Users.
1.3. ‘User’ – any individual who has ever accessed the Site and has reached the age of acceptance of the User Agreement (public offer) posted on the Site and this Policy.
1.4. ‘Personal data’ – information or a set of information about the User who is identified or can be specifically identified.
1.5. ‘Goods and services’ (Website services) – any services and goods offered on the Owner’s Website and include, but are not limited to, the goods listed in the product catalogue on the Website and services of providing advice on the goods presented on the Owner’s Website, etc.

2.1. The use of the Website does not require registration and/or authorisation and direct provision of personal data that can identify you, except as provided for in clause 2.2. of the Policy.
2.2. At your discretion, for greater convenience of using the Site, you can leave your contact details in a special tab of the Site in order to receive feedback.

2.4.8. information that you post on our Site for the purpose of publishing on the Internet, which includes your username, profile picture and the content of your publications in the ‘reviews’ tab;
2.4.9. information contained in any messages you send to us by e-mail or through our Site, including its content and metadata;

2.5. Before you provide us with the personal information of another person, you must obtain the consent of this person to both disclose and process this personal information in accordance with this Policy.

We do not collect or process information about your personal data regarding racial or ethnic origin, political, religious or ideological beliefs, membership in political parties and trade unions, criminal convictions, as well as data related to health, sexual life, biometric or genetic data (in accordance with Article 7 of the Law of Ukraine ‘On Personal Data Protection’).
3. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
3.1 The processing and storage of the provided personal data is carried out in the data centres where the equipment that ensures the functioning of the Website services is located. The provided personal data is processed and may be stored in the Personal Database or a separate table of the Website Database.
4. PURPOSE OF USING PERSONAL DATA
4.1 We may use your personal information in order to:
4.1.1. administration of our Website and business;
4.1.2. personalisation of our Website for you;
4.1.3. providing you with the opportunity to use the services available on our Website;
4.1.4. sending you statements, invoices and payment reminders and collecting payments from you;

6.2. The use of these services is necessary for the operational analysis of visits to the Website, internal and external evaluation of the Website traffic, the depth of views, and the activity of Users. We do not store or process the data received from these services.
6.3. If for any reason you do not want the services provided for in clause 6.1. of the Policy to access your personal data, you can delete cookies at your own request (through your browser).
7. INTERACTION OF THE OWNER WITH THIRD PARTIES REGARDING PERSONAL DATA
7.1. We do not transfer personal data to third parties, except when such transfer is required by the current legislation of Ukraine, at the request of the personal data subject or in other cases set out in this Policy. 8.1. We use generally accepted standards of technological and operational protection of information and personal data against loss, misuse, alteration or destruction, but we do not guarantee absolute protection against any threats arising outside our control.
8.2. We ensure that all relevant confidentiality obligations, as well as technical and organisational security measures are in place to prevent the unauthorised or unlawful disclosure or processing of such information and data, and their accidental loss, destruction or damage.
8.3. We have the right to disseminate personal data without your consent in the case determined by the current legislation of Ukraine, and only (if necessary) in the interests of national security, economic welfare and human rights.
9. YOUR RIGHTS AS A USER (SUBJECT OF PERSONAL DATA)
9.1. You, as a User (subject of personal data), have the right to:
1) to know about the sources of collection, location of your personal data, the purpose of their processing, the location of the Owner or to give an appropriate order to authorised persons to receive this information, except in cases established by the Law of Ukraine ‘On Personal Data Protection’;
2) to receive information on the conditions for granting access to personal data, including information about third parties to whom his/her personal data is transferred;
3) to have access to their personal data;
4) to receive a response no later than thirty calendar days from the date of receipt of the request, except in cases provided for by the Law of Ukraine ‘On Personal Data Protection’, whether his/her personal data is processed, as well as to receive the content of such personal data;
5) to submit a reasoned request for the Owner to change or destroy his/her personal data if such data is processed illegally or is unreliable;
6) to protect your personal data from unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction, damage due to intentional concealment, failure to provide or untimely provision of such data, as well as to protect against the provision of information that is inaccurate or defamatory of your honour, dignity and business reputation;
7) apply legal remedies in case of violation of the current legislation of Ukraine on personal data protection.
10. COOKIE FILES
10.1. Our Website uses cookies. A cookie is a file that contains an identifier (a string of letters and numbers) that a web server sends to a web browser and is stored by the browser. The identifier is then sent back to the server each time the browser requests a page from the server.
