Vitrotest Trichomonas-IgG TK061

ELISA test system "Vitrotest Trichomonas IgG" is intended for the qualitative and semi-quantitative determination of IgG antibodies to Trichomonas vaginalis in human serum or plasma.

Detection of antibodies is based on the principle of "indirect" solid phase enzyme immunoassay (ELISA).

ELISA kits are temporarily not manufactured

  • Variant of configuration: 96-1T (12xS8-1T).
  • Solid phase - ELISA plate with immobilized recombinant antigen of Trichomonas vaginalis.
  • Conjugate: anti-species (specific for human IgG) monoclonal antibodies conjugated with horseradish peroxidase.
  • Chromogen: one-component TMB.
  • Volume of serum for analysis: 20 mcl.
  • Time of analysis: 1,5 - 2 hours.
