Urogenital mycoplasmosis

ELISA test system Vitrotest® Mycoplasma hominis-IgM is intended for the qualitative and semi-quantitative determination of IgM class antibodies to Mycoplasma hominis in human serum or plasma.

Detection of antibodies is based on the principle of "IgM capture" solid phase enzyme immunoassay (ELISA).

• Variant of configuration: 96-1T (12xS8-1T).
• Solid phase - ELISA plate with pre-adsorbed in the cells monoclonal antibodies specific for human IgM immunoglobulins.
• Conjugate: recombinant antigen conjugate concentrate M.hominis with horseradish peroxidase.
• Chromogen: one-component TMB.
• Volume of serum for analysis: 10 mcl.
• Timing Analysis - 1.5 hours.

• Solid phase - ELISA plate with immobilized recombinant antigens of Mycoplasma hominis.
• Conjugate: anti-species (specific for human IgG) monoclonal antibodies conjugated with horseradish peroxidase.
• Chromogen: one-component TMB.
• Volume of serum for analysis: 40 mcl.
• Timing Analysis - 1.5 - 2 hours.
