ELISA test system Vitrotest® Ureaplasma-IgМ is intended for the qualitative and semi-quantitative determination of IgМ class antibodies to Ureaplasma urealiticum in serum or plasma.

Determination of antibodies is based on the principle of "IgM capture" solid phase enzyme immunoassay (ELISA).

• Variant of configuration: 96-1T (12xS8-1T).
• Solid phase - ELISA plate with with pre-sorbed monoclonal antibodies specific for human IgM immunoglobulin.
• Conjugate: recombinant antigen conjugate concentrate U.urealyticum with horseradish peroxidase.
• Chromogen: one-component TMB.
• Volume of serum for analysis: 10 mcl.
• Timing Analysis - 1.5 hours.

Detection of antibodies is based on the principle of "indirect" solid phase enzyme immunoassay (ELISA).

• Variant of configuration: 96-1T (12xS8-1T).
• Solid phase - ELISA plate with immobilized recombinant antigen analogous to U.urealyticum protein.
• Conjugate: anti-species (specific for human IgG) monoclonal antibodies conjugated with horseradish peroxidase.
• Chromogen: one-component TMB.
• Volume of serum for analysis: 20 mcl.
• Timing Analysis - 1.5 - 2 hours.
