Detection of antibodies is based on the principle of "indirect" solid-phase enzyme immunoassay (ELISA).

• Conjugate - anti-species (specific for human IgG) monoclonal antibodies conjugated to horseradish peroxidase.
• Chromogen - one-component TMB.
• Volume of serum for analysis - 10 mcl.
